Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the developer will be responsible for the following:
- Platforms: Windows 2003 Server and IIS6
- Database: Microsoft SQL Server 2005
- Languages: ASP.NET, C#, AJAX, JavaScript, transact SQL
- Tools: Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2005 and Microsoft Visual SourceSafe
- Solid understanding of object orient analysis and design
- Ability to design and create intuitive, easy to use user interfaces
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet overall project goals
- Ability to work independently and self-manage development projects
- Ability to document all coding and design activities
- Ability to provide development project estimations
- Solid understanding of security issues related to developing enterprise applications
Qualifications:
- Work experience using ASP/VB Script, transact SQL, HTML, DHTML, XML , JavaScript and AJAX.
- Work experience using C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, .NET framework and n-tier development.
- Work experience identifying, designing, developing and testing re-usable code and objects.
- Work experience with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2005 and Microsoft Visual SourceSafe.
Skills Desired:
- Computer software related degree or diploma
- Experience working with Infragistics controls
- MCSD/MCAD certification
The successful candidate will have 2 or more years of previous experience in a .NET development role. Your strong organizational skills and the ability to lead will prepare you for this challenge.
